Alyssa Desgranges-Ellett, JD
General Counsel
Alyssa supports all functions of the legal and compliance department. She serves as a primary member of the Medical Informatics Corp. legal team by directly advising the Chief Executive Officer & Leadership Team, under the supervision of General Counsel. Additionally, she is responsible for legal oversight of Medical Informatics Corp.’s Quality System, in conjunction with applicable regulatory certifications, by providing legal regulatory analysis and guidance. She is a Michigan native that now calls Houston home, and is a proud graduate of both Grand Valley State University & the South Texas College of Law.
