Client Success Specialist

We are seeking a driven, analytical, and professionally dynamic Client Success Specialist to join our team and oversee a portfolio of existing clients. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of each client's ongoing activities and needs by reviewing account data, tracking device installations, and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets. A critical component of the job involves the proactive management of client renewals, which includes drafting budgetary documents, Statements of Work (SOWs), and accurately creating and updating opportunities in Salesforce. You will serve as the primary relationship builder, fostering strong ties with account stakeholders via platforms like LinkedIn and coordinating executive-level meetings (including Quarterly Syncs and Annual Business Reviews) to advance strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of relevant sales experience selling software solutions to hospitals, with a proven track record utilizing tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn/Sales Navigator. Your strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills, combined with a professional presence for video meetings, will be key to ensuring client satisfaction and driving successful outcomes.
